Previous sports experience is not needed to qualify as a candidate for the Fellowship program. We are looking for someone that demonstrates a passion for sports and the sports business industry.

Students currently in school are welcome to apply, however, the Fellowship will require a commitment to full-time hours and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

The Fellowship is structured with two-month placements in various business and sporting disciplines across the entire Toronto FC organization. You will get a wide range of work experience.

There might be occasional travel included as part of the role, but there is no expectation to travel with the team regularly.

The Fellowship is intended to offer valuable experience to help the successful candidate reach their full potential. The rotations will provide an opportunity for networking, mentorship by leaders across the Toronto FC business and unique introductions to key people at the League level. This opportunity is truly what you make of it and although a placement post-Fellowship is not guaranteed, your career aspirations will be supported throughout the journey.
